The bed was extremely comfortable and the flat screen
TV was great.

Our room was by the door and we could hear anyone who entered or left the building.

This was a great hotel, especially for the price we got. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was spectacular.

The layout/design was poor.

This hotel was affordable and in a good location. However, several of the guests were drunk and quite annoying. Also, there seemed to be a theft problem at the hotel as there were signs posted throughout the hotel and on the room key envelopes. We were not comfortable leaving anything in our car. ...read more

No refridge in room

This hotel had problems with the pool, ice cold, the same with the "hot tube" and suna. after several calls to the front desk..over an hour later the sent someone to turn up the heat. I understand that pools are cool but one could have frozen meat in this pool, ...read more

Comfortable beds.

Room service food was cold and not very good.

Overall it was a lovely hotel. The elevators were a bit out of the way, though. And the shuttle service didn't run consistently, which I was not informed of when I called the hotel to ask if they had a shuttle service from the airport.
